Job Description:
Foothills is seeking Lifeguards to be responsible for lifeguarding, water rescue, and safety procedures. This position will also be required to complete daily maintenance of the pool/facility, teach swim lessons, and respond to questions and inquiries from the general public. The job may require shifts ranging from morning to evening hours and weekends. Starting Rate: $8.75/hour.
Experience and Skills:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age. Any combination equivalent to: Aquatics experience, pool maintenance and/or swim instruction. Must successfully pass the District Water tests. LICENSES, CERTIFICATES & OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Possession of current certifications in Lifeguarding, Water Safety Instructor, CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer, and First Aid.
